A room integrity test is a critical and legally required procedure to verify the proper performance of a gaseous fire suppression system. While these systems are designed to release a concentration of gas sufficient to extinguish a fire, they do not significantly lower the temperature at the fire’s source. As a result, it is vital that the protected enclosure is adequately sealed to maintain the necessary gas concentration for a sustained period following discharge, reducing the risk of re-ignition.

Integrity testing assesses the room’s ability to retain the extinguishing agent at effective levels. This test must be conducted during the system’s initial commissioning and repeated annually as part of the ongoing maintenance program to ensure continued compliance and system reliability.

Our team of accredited technicians brings over a decade of hands-on experience in conducting fan tests, with each technician maintaining up-to-date certification through regular retesting every two years to comply with the latest industry standards. Equipped to perform both single-fan and multi-fan testing, we are able to accommodate projects of all sizes, including large-scale and high-risk environments.

We offer flexible service options, providing one-off testing or comprehensive annual agreements that can include the routine maintenance and servicing of associated fire suppression systems. In addition, we provide expert recommendations for the installation of pressure relief venting and the professional sealing of openings and service penetrations, ensuring the integrity of protected enclosures.

All fire sealing work is performed exclusively by trained specialists using certified and approved materials, and every test we conduct is carried out in strict accordance with international standards, guaranteeing reliable and compliant results for our clients.
